Hello everyone,

I hope you're fine, due to many of your messages: ,,why your art not accepted and why deviations are not accepted'' I need to tell you that I has been away and I still will be, it is because I got very busy in life and work, so I can't look that much often at the group now. However I like and I am sure you do like so many nice inspirational works in the gallery, so I don't want to close this group, and I will continue to accept many of your beautiful works but not that often. I am sorry for this, I am trying to take a look twice a week at the group, so I can accept some of the works, but if your work or request for entering as a member is not accepted this does not mean it is not good or you're not good artist. I am just busy to take a look at everyone and everything.

I hope you all understand.

All the best.

WHAT IS A VECTOR

A raster, which is anything you make in Photoshop or similar programs, is made of pixels, which are dots. You measure raster in DPI (dots per inch), or PPI (Pixels per inch). A vector, made in illustrator, or similar programs, is not made of pixels, and that is why it can be stretched without becoming blurry. Instead of a grid of pixels, it is just made of paths. Where in Photoshop you must create your project at the largest size you would need it to be, and then you can size it down as needed, you can make your project at whatever size you want in illustrator and size it up or down as needed.

Scaling it down will not pixelize it since you are just making the pixels smaller. When you scale it up, it's not going to add pixels to the image, so instead it stretches those tiny pixels out to accommodate the size, so that's why it becomes blurry or pixelated. And if the file or image is saved as a JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc. it will be made of pixels. So if it is still saved as an illustrator file it will still be a vector (no pixels). But as soon as you take it through photoshop to save a new file which you can post online, it turns into a raster, or pixels.

an image made out of lines. Unlike JPEGs PNGs and GIFs they don't use pixels. Also in software such as Illustrator you can re-size them without losing the quality unlike in Photoshop.

Um I'm not sure what you mean by zooming in forever but for the size you have to press and hold down on buttons on the keybored to make them stay even. On Adobe Illusrator you have to press and hold shit+ALT to make it big or small without making it flat.
